The Chosen Ones

From an audience that they could remember the names and faces—

To performing in front of tens of thousands of people—

They sure have come so far, yet they still have a long way to go to fulfill their ultimate dream of bringing Filipino music to the world

An SB19 trademark is an all-out performance, whether in front of a large or small crowd. It is the one thing that would never change about them because of how they started. From performing in front of ten people to doing the silliest things to promote themselves in front of people who don't even give a damn about them, they are now one of the most sought-after acts in the Philippines. They quickly learned the importance of first impressions, so they bring their A-game whenever they step on stage as a group or as solo artists. No public appearance is small because they must work twice as hard for their dreams.

For almost six years, these five individuals have endured much, and there was a time when uncertainty was suffocating. They had to remain quiet and face everything with a smile, and it was all worth it. Quitting was never again an option after what they had to survive. Look at them now. Provincial appearances, solo and group releases, guesting left and right, and solo stages. The most recent events of Pablo as the Music Ambassador for Earth Hour 2024 and his solo performance as the main attraction in Musika ni Juan in Araneta City showcased his own charisma and authentic advocacy. His upcoming appearance at Mr. Dingdong Avanzado's concert is an excellent way for him to present himself more, not just as the leader and main rapper of the group but as the talented artist Pablo. Josh's solo mini-concert in Singapore with Al James and Kaia and his upcoming appearance at the Round Festival is a testament that he is not just the group's main rapper.

Stell's debut solo single shocked the whole A'tin fandom, especially his announcement about his coming EP. After his debut showcase event, the group traveled to. Agusan Del Sur to rock the Naliyagan Festival. Like what happened at the Aurora Festival, the five brought their fans with them, shocking the locals. People reportedly waited in line from early morning just to secure their desired spots near the stage. During the entire performance, the crowd roared and sang with them, showing the powerful connection between the group and the fandom. Stell performed at the David Foster's concert right after and rendered beautiful renditions of All I Ask and Celine Dion's All By Myself, but he is not yet done. Stell will join Erik Santos on his US tour and Julie Ann San Jose on another concert.

The group's sexiest main dancer, Ken or Felip, as a solo artist, is also collecting names and kicking ass. From his collaboration with a famous online mobile game, PUBG, to his upcoming album release and solo concert, he is definitely a busybody. At this point, SB19 is a group of solo artists creating music together. Justin, the youngest in the group, maybe laying low right now, focusing on his first love, directing, but we can bet there is still more to come for him.

SB19 and its members are the kind of artists who never need too much promotion or advertisement. Their talents and musicality are enough to draw the crowd's attention. Who would not be mesmerized by five beautiful men singing live while dancing like their rents are due? Whenever they sing their dance song, the hype is always palpable, and when they sing their ballads, even the happiest person feels the pain in every word. One chance, just give them one chance, and they will never disappoint. Some fans say that SB19 is like a walking tourist destination at this point, and that is not that far from the truth.

Wherever they go, A'tin is guaranteed to follow to ensure they get the support they deserve, hyping the crowd and showing their unwavering love. Local governments must utilize this to boost tourism in their areas. SB19 is a bankable investment, and they will consistently deliver. Locals in Agusan were pleasantly surprised by the large number of people who went to their province just to see the five perform, drawing a crowd estimate of 50,000 people, both locals and tourists. SB19 truly is the chosen one.
