If there's one man who could make a person smile and feel better on his worst day, that would be Stell. A'tin and his Berries call him 'sunshine' or 'sunshine boy' because of his bubbly personality and humor. He's the kind of person who's always ready to throw a punchline or make a person smile. That is despite all the unfounded and unprovoked hate he had been receiving since he began his career.

One could only imagine the amount of hate that this person gets from people who had absolutely no right to throw anything at him. Fortunately, the heavens and everything celestial and holy made Stell the man that he is. Someone who is willing to smile despite the negativity around him. A person who is willing to understand even if he is hurting.

Stell, born Stellvester Ajero on June 16, 1995 from Las Piñas City, Metro Manila. The eldest of three siblings, Stell grew up as a responsible kid. He worked while studying in college and saved money while still being able to help his parents. He hustled as a choreographer for children, worked at a fast-food restaurant, and maintained good grades in college. all while competing with his dance crew, Se-Eon. But he failed to remember that he was only human, prone to fatigue and sickness.

Stell almost caught pneumonia, so he had to take a break and flew to Japan to work with the help of his aunt. All of his savings were gone, so he had no other choice but to go. During his stay in Japan, he was presented with an opportunity to have a good and financially secure life. To a normal person, that is the kind of opportunity of a beneficial marriage that is hard to pass and one would grab it with no second thought. Why not, right? He already experienced a hard life, so why not yearn for an easier and better living?

Stell's rejection of the marriage offer he received spoke volumes to his character not just as a person, but as a man. No amount of money could make him enter a relationship unless it's for love. At a young age, he already had principles and a firm stand on what he believed in.

His journey as a performer began long before he joined the SBT talent audition. He'd been traveling in different cities and to South Korea to compete so when he was accepted as an SBT trainee along with his long-time friend and crew member, he gave everything. Stell is a total performer, a complete package. Even without a solo song until now, he has already been recognized as one of the biggest celebrities in today's generation.

Perhaps, that is the reason why some people hate him. They see him as successful even without a song of his own under his belt. He is recognized and respected, and these are the things they could only dream of. I remember what Ms. Tony Gonzaga said during her interview with SB19. She said haters don't hate the group but themselves. They see their frustrations, disappointments, and insecurities, and they project them towards others. Nothing could be truer.
