The Gentle One

 One of the most notable traits of Josh Cullen is his gentle nature towards children. The little ones just naturally, and almost instinctively gravitate towards him. In many posts of fans, especially BBQs on social media, children always seemed comfortable around him. As someone fond of children and has spent so much time with them, I've noticed that kids automatically feel comfortable around genuinely kind people. It's as if they could feel it in their hearts.

Josh had the most unfortunate life story of all the SB19 members, and he could've easily gone to the wrong side of the tracks for it. Imagine a reality where he grew up with a different mindset and let life beat him down. Instead, he used all of his life experiences and turned them into motivation to become a role model. This, for me, is why the little ones can quickly feel comfortable around him. He easily gives off the vibe of a loving and caring older brother.

Yesterday, at MOA for the ACER Campus Tour, people were blessed to witness Josh Cullen as a solo artist. He performed some of his solo songs and joined the activities, but the highlight of yesterday's event was his interactions with the Cocogentos. A few kids were lucky enough to interact with him, which could inspire them to become good people as they grow older. He looked genuinely happy to see his fans and the people who went to support the other guest artists, too.

Scrolling through social media, and looking at his photos as he interacts with people you could see the spark in his eyes. He looks badass on stage and the way he carries himself, but this man has so much heart and compassion. He has always been very grateful and appreciative for everything he has achieved and for the love and support of the people around him. The natural energy that Josh gives off is that of familiarly and comfort. Like he will never judge you so abruptly and so harshly without knowing the truth. Look at how this kid clung onto him like they've known each other for a long time.

     

Children, especially the introverted ones don't easily allow strangers to touch them, let alone carry them away from whoever was watching them. It would cause them distress, and normally would make them cause a scene, but in those photos, you could see how the little girl embraced Josh as he carried her to the stage. He looked like a celebrity father who simply wanted to show off his little angel to his fans. What a precious moment this was. From the moment I became a fan, this was something I've always noticed about him. How gentle he is towards people, especially the young ones. It is both sweet and gutwrenching, knowing everything he experienced in life. Josh even pulled the girl's shirt down because he noticed her tummy was showing. (And the protective Josh kicked in)

I'm sure many of us can already imagine how loving, caring, and protective he would be when he finally decide to have his own children. Whoever the lucky woman would be, congratulations is already in order at this point. This man right here is for keeps. Hardworking, family-oriented, reliable, dependable, wise, caring, and loving. In this stage of Josh's life, he still has a long journey ahead of him when it comes to his career, but seeing him as he is today, one can already predict that he would have a beautiful family in the future
