1Z Entertainment may be the luckiest company there is today. It was built with love, passion, and dream. Five young men had a dream of disrupting the traditional structure of the Philippine Music Industry. They all believed that the Philippines had a lot of potential and great talents, so they started an entertainment company. They still have a long way to go but Rappler Talk Entertainment got a glimpse of the more intimate side of SB19's greatest brainchild to date.

CEO John Paulo Nase and COO Yani De Dios talked to Rappler about their plans to create the company's first-ever girl group. According to Mr. De Dios, training and building a girl had been a dream of the five for a long time, while Mr. Nase admitted that even though he loves performing and being a part of his group, he also enjoys working behind the scenes. He and his brothers had been vocal about their recognition of Filipino talents. Mr. De Dios also mentioned that from a business standpoint, having a girl group is beneficial in building the company's portfolio and establishing its diversity.

Listening to these men makes one realize how deep their devotion and intelligence are. They are not here to play games. Business-wise, they may be new but they are well-equipped. Using all the knowledge they've acquired through the years, they prepare all of it as ammunition for the years to come. Fans know Yani De Dios as Justin's supportive older brother, but with this interview, we've come to realize that he is a huge part of everything that goes on behind the limelight.

On the creative side of things, John Paulo Nase is undoubtedly one of the best in the industry nowadays. There is no question about his talent and artistry. A singer, rapper, dancer, songwriter, and music producer, Pablo wears many hats and he is absolutely unstoppable. As the two most important people in the company, the tandem of these two intelligent men shows how promising the future of 1Z Entertainment is. Rome wasn't built in a day, and being part of the entertainment industry is not a walk in the park.

One must have endless passion and grit, humility, and character, and having SB19 as a mentor will definitely be a huge advantage for the upcoming girl group of 1Z Entertainment. All the knowledge the group will receive comes from real-life experiences, things that already happened in the past and were survived by five of the best artists of this generation. Whoever prevails during the audition and training process will be the luckiest rookies for having Josh, Stell, Justin, Ken, and Pablo guiding them along the way. With two amazing brains merging creativity, artistry, and entrepreneurship, the possibilities are endless. The only thing certain is that we are all seated for it.
